I don’t even know where to begin. My house was so well marketed that many people in my community received both postcards with details and photos of the listing as well as a major real estate magazine with my house on the cover.

David had so many connections that multiple people flew in to look at the property from out of town. My home sold for well over ask, and is one of the view Danville homes to close at over 4M, well above my expectation when it was initially listed.

David is extremely genuine and honest. I’ve know him for over 25 years, and I’ve yet to meet anyone who doesn’t love the guy. I couldn’t speak more highly of anyone that I’ve ever done business with.

David helped us sell my condo in San Ramon, CA and purchase a house in Walnut Creek, CA. He is very knowledgeable, very supportive and patient and is there to help in a moments need. We ran by all kinds of scenarios and options and Dave always had some guidance to help us get through difficult decisions.

Dave is very resourceful in marketing your property and helps you in the purchasing and negotiation of a new home. We'd frequently call him as I was viewing open homes on the weekends and sometimes would have disclosures on properties we were interested in prior to getting back home. We discovered he has a vast network in the Bay Area. Every realtor knew of Dave at every open home
we visited in Alameda and Contra Costa Counties and had high remarks and said we were in good hands.

Dave's also is very knowledgeable on the closing process and was very quick to responding to underwriting requests. He is also there for us post close to answer any questions or provide contacts .

I highly recommend Dave for your real estate transaction. He works hard and is available at all times and very responsive and trustworthy. You will not be disappointed.

We recently decided to sell our house and knew it was important to find the right realtor to handle the process. We spoke with several people we had known for some time and had great confidence in. We also identified realtors we did not know and hadn't ever met until we interviewed them in connection with putting our house on the market.
From the beginning David Weiss stood out from everyone else. Although our house was in pretty good shape, other realtors wanted money spent on a number of things prior to the house going on the market. David, by contrast, said the house was fine and any buyer would want to change things to suit their own taste. He recommended putting the house on the market ASAP instead of changing things like paint, carpets, kitchen appliances, etc.
David was extremely personable, didn't try and sell us on using him as our realtor, and provided lots of great advice even before he knew that we would end up choosing him to market the house.
When we did enlist his services, he immediately worked with us to have frequent open houses, exposed the house to a massive marketing campaign which attracted potential buyers from throughout the east bay and other locations as far away as San Diego, and managed the eventual offers. In fact, over a period of three weeks, our house attracted the attention of hundreds of individuals, had over a thousand views and many saves on Zillow, and resulted in three contracts, one of which exceeded the asking price.
As the sale finalized, David even helped us prepare for our move out of state with a number of solid recommendations and continuing contact to insure the next phase of our relocation went smoothly.
We couldn't be more pleased with the work David did on our behalf, and his patience, encouragement and "never give up" attitude all along the way. We absolutely recommend David Weiss to anyone looking for a highly professional, knowledgeable and competent real estate agent who will definitely sell your house for the most money in the least amount of time.

We worked with David to find our first home and really can’t say enough good things about him. David gave us excellent guidance, he was professional, knowledgeable, patient and responded quickly through email and text. We met David at an open house and hit it off right away. He represented us on both the selling and buying of a home. He did a tremendous job researching the market weeks prior to listing our property. He advised us on pricing, staging and negotiating the deal. We were able to sell our home over list price within 72 hours. David also helped us negotiate the purchase price of our new home and got us a fair price in a seller's market. We worked with David to find the right home in the perfect neighborhood in the Danville/Alamo area when we decided to move from the Peninsula to an area we knew little about. David was fantastic in finding and showing us properties that fit our needs and in negotiating a great deal. He shared his extensive knowledge of the properties and neighborhoods and the local real estate markets. HIs service before, during and after the deal was closed and overall helpfulness has been amazing. We highly recommend David!

This was my first experience with selling a property. I have purchased properties numerous times, but selling was a new experience.
After interviewing five other agents, I decided to hire David and the Re/Max group he is associated with.
If you are looking for a personal, old fashion hand holding with all the bells this is the man for your job.
Staging and marketing was just a small part, they provided me with excellent advise on selling the property at the best time. I was able to take advantage of the uptick in the market and gain financially.

Selling property is a serious business, make sure you have the realtor for the job. For me it was David Weiss and RE/MAX Group

David is very diligent, responsive and a highly knowledgable in identifying the right home in San Ramon/Dublin/Danville area.
He being a localite, knows the tradeoffs and the value for money for the houses around these areas.
We were new to this area and he helped us find the right house based on our needs. He was always available in answering our queries. At times he also took time off from his family time and showed us around. Furthermore he helped us with a great loan officer to close the escrow on time. Highly recommended him !!.

We were looking for a home in a specific area in Greenbrae and David was not only helpful in finding the right home for us but went out of his way and did not hesitate to travel distance to meet with us on many appointments as long as we were comfortable. When the house was purchased and offer went through he steered us in the right direction to close escroe as soon as possible. David also followed up after the sale on whatever questions we had for him. When buying such a big purchase we would highly recommend for David Weiss to anyone to be their agent.
